Requirement
The project demanded a reliable PLC-based automation solution that could provide accurate process control, local operator monitoring, and seamless integration with the City’s SCADA environment. The system needed to deliver the following:

Project Scope

- PLC programming using the Emerson PACSystems RX3i platform.
- Local Operator Interface Terminal (OIT) development and programming.
- Preparation of detailed I/O lists covering analog ranges, alarm parameters, and digital input status.
- Development of recommended alarm strategies for the plant paging system in accordance with the Process Control Narrative (PCN).
- Preparation of preliminary SCADA graphic display layouts and OIT symbol libraries.
- Delivery of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and complete project documentation.
