With more than 16 years of Canadian and international experience, Tarek brings extensive technical knowledge, hands-on project leadership, and a passion for delivering automation solutions that help clients operate more efficiently and reliably.

Throughout his career, Tarek has successfully delivered automation and control system projects across a diverse range of industries, including:

His expertise spans every stage of industrial automation, from system architecture and engineering through commissioning and long-term operational support.
Tarek’s technical capabilities include the following:
- SCADA system architecture and development
- PLC programming and control system design
- Industrial communications and networking
- System integration and commissioning
- Technical leadership for complex automation projects
He also has extensive experience working with leading industrial automation platforms, including AVEVA System Platform, Wonderware, Schneider Electric Modicon, and Rockwell Automation. This broad technical background further strengthens Valley Integration’s ability to support clients across a wide variety of industrial environments and automation platforms.
Delivering Greater Value to Our Clients
Before joining Valley Integration, Tarek served as Project Technical Manager for the landmark Diriyah Smart City Project in Saudi Arabia, where he played a key role in delivering advanced automation systems for one of the region’s most ambitious infrastructure developments.
He also worked with AVEVA Select Canada (CIMSoft) as a Technical Support Specialist and Certified Technical Trainer, helping organizations implement, optimize, and maximize the performance of their industrial automation systems.
Complementing his industry experience, Tarek holds a Master of Applied Science (M.A.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Concordia University, along with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electronic Engineering, specializing in Industrial Electronics and Automatic Control.
His combination of technical expertise, real-world project experience, and strong engineering leadership enables him to develop automation solutions that improve system reliability, increase operational efficiency, and deliver lasting value for clients.
